Any honest bride will confess that there are moments of anxiety, stress, and worry that are inevitably associated with planning a wedding. However, words can't describe the relief, encouragement and peace that I felt as a bride having Alqueeah Cates as my wedding planner. I truly believe that finding someone who can plan and organize your wedding is the simple part, but finding a confidant, a stress absorber, anxiety alleviator, and worry reducer is a daunting task, that when met is a unmeasurable blessing. I  found my wedding planning blessing when Alqueeah Cates of ARC Weddings and Events became my wedding planner and friend. Alqueeah  was Attentive, always, Reliable and genuinely Cared for me and for that I will be forever be grateful!

Alqueeah Cates stepped into a situation that I would imagine to be a wedding planners nightmare. Halfway through the planning process, the planner I had been working with informed me she was pregnant with twins. Naturally, I was happy for her, but worried about her priorities for the next six months. Although she said she could handle the load, I felt more comfortable finding someone else who could help me maneuver through the planning of my destination wedding for 160 guests. Alqueeah stepped into the planning as though she had been there from the beginning. She made contact with every vendor and brought things to my attention that I had totally forgotten about. When the numbers continued to grow and the pressure of being a bride started to surface, she handled every detail with vendors to accommodate ALL of the guests AND calmed me down when I thought everything was ruined. Alqueeah was more than a wedding planner, she was a friend, a counselor, and a comedian when I needed to laugh. When we all arrived in Puerto Rico, I had mentally checked out. Alqueeah was in tune with my feelings, recognized I had made all the decisions I was going to make, and immediately took over aspects that were not on her plate. Our wedding was beautiful, we started on time, the vendors were paid, our guests were impressed, and we couldn't have made any of that happen without Alqueeah. Both my husband and I agree that she is an absolute Godsend and a pleasure to work with.

It has been a pleasure to work with and recommend ARC Weddings for our wedding coordination.  Alqueeah and her team are very professional, warm, accessible, flexible, organized and attentive.   To help make my experience less stressful, Alqueeah made creative suggestions for choosing flowers and decorations, suggested vendors to work with and coordinated all the day of details with the vendors.  Not to mention, she is a great friend.
Whenever I felt overwhelmed, Alqueeah was there to calm me down and help me make rational decisions. 
On the day of the wedding, Alqueeah worked her magic and made the day go very smoothly. She was invaluable to help with, and it was comforting to know that she was right there! She skillfully kept all the various aspects of the wedding planning on schedule and well organized, anticipating any upcoming hurdles, while at the same time projecting a sense of calm. I received so many compliments about her from guests who watched her in action.  Alqueeah, thank you for your encouragement and support through the process and help make my day special.
